RLHP is committed to the rights of children: their right to nutritious food, health, education and play as well as their right to opportunities for proper physical, mental, emotional and intellectual growth.
RLHP runs two residential rehabilitation homes for the street children of Mysore, Asha Kirana for boys and Asha Bhavana for girls.
Mysore City has more than 700 children living on the streets. RLHP decided in 1992 to start a rehabilitation programme for these street children.
